New in 2021! Low pressure tire AUTOROS SALAMANDRA!
Introducing the new AVTOROS 650/70-21 SALAMANDRA brand tire. The tire received dimensions of 1450x650-21 on a rim with a width of 500 mm.
This model has the largest dimensions in the line with a landing diameter of 21 inches. Due to the increased diameter and width of the profile, the tire has unprecedented geometric patency and increased load capacity on soils with low load-bearing capacity. The AVTOROS 650/70-21 SALAMANDRA tire has an optimal saturation of the tread pattern and directional ground hooks, which allows it to be used in absolute off-road conditions and provide a high level of comfort during operation. Due to the increased diameter and internal volume of the tire, the buoyancy of the all-terrain vehicle and the operational life are increased.
The protector is represented by the image of the animal "Salamander" with elements of the head, trunk, paws and tail. In the central part of the drawing there are ground hooks with a height of 15 mm (the head element), which allows the tire to move confidently on paved roads (asphalt). The main elements of the trunk provide the main shear deformations of the soil. The legs of the ”Salamander" have a variable height. With prolonged operation, the main elements are erased and additional "foot" elements are connected to the contact spot. This improves tire performance, self-cleaning and increases the service life.
Due to the small tread pattern height in comparison with other similar tires, the tire has increased elasticity, which makes it possible to effectively distribute the specific pressure on the soil in plowing, virgin snow and moistened soil areas.
With this design of the drawing, the sticking of the soil in the zones between the ground hooks is significantly reduced. At the same time, the distance between the ground hooks is sufficient to maintain the elasticity of the treadmill at ultra-low pressures.
The drawing works as follows. When the tire is loaded with a radial load, the drawing comes into contact with the support surface. On public roads, at operating pressure, a central treadmill and nearby ground hooks are in contact. At reduced pressure, when moving on the ground with low load-bearing capacity, all ground hooks, including the shoulder area, come into contact with the surface, forming a contact spot with a uniformly distributed load.
When each tread zone leaves contact with the support surface, the tire acquires an equilibrium configuration, changing the position of the tread pattern and pushing out the soil and foreign objects stuck between the ground hooks.
The tire is designed for use on all-terrain vehicles with increased load capacity to perform a variety of tasks in conditions from virgin snow to muddy plowing.
